Overview - Managing a project as a Provider

What is the project platform?

The project platform is one place to build and manage your entire enterprise IT infrastructure. The platform allows users and agents to create RFPs for different types of services then allows providers to respond directly to these RFPs by submitting proposals.

How am I notified of a project?

Notification will be sent inviting you to respond with a proposal

How to I submit a proposal?

Click on link from notification to go to project

Hover over My Dashboard

Hover over Provider Admin

Click on Projects

Scroll to title for current project which will take you to the project detail page

Click on “Send Proposal” button on the right

*Proposals are easily uploaded as PDFs and Docs

Upload proposal document, set expiration date for pricing and add description of proposal (optional)

How to edit a proposal?

Sign in to Datacenters.com

Hover over My Dashboard

Hover over Provider Admin

Click on Projects

Go to the proposal detail page

Click on “Edit Proposal” button on right

This allows you to upload a new proposal.

How to withdraw a proposal?

Sign in to Datacenters.com

Hover over My Dashboard

Hover over Provider Admin

Click on Projects

Go to the proposal detail page

Click on “Withdraw” button on right

This cancels your submitted proposal to end user. It does not fully remove proposal originally uploaded.

How do I view a project?

How to manage all projects?

Sign in to Datacenters.com

Hover over My Dashboard

Hover over Provider Admin

Click on Projects

You will be able to view all projects

Click on tile project title of project you wish to manage

From here you can:

  • Submit Proposals
  • No Bid
  • Obtain customer contact information

How do I know if my proposal was accepted?

Notification would be sent to admin with the status of “Finalized”

From here you would reach out to customer directly for contracting and project implementation.

How do I know if my proposal was declined?

Notification would be sent to admin with the status of “Canceled”

From your team who can respond to a proposal?

Any user that is a provider admin for your Datacenters.com Provider account can respond to these proposals. All notifications from project platform simultaneously notify all admins for your account.
